We are looking for Front of House and Bar Staff to come and join our team at The Taybank. You will be at the forefront of delivering warm hospitality to our guests and visitors. This multifaceted role combines the warmth of welcoming guests to our award-winning hotel with mixing and serving drinks in our popular music bar and beer gardens.

We're seeking an enthusiastic individual who exudes warmth and hospitality, effortlessly welcoming guests with a genuine smile and positive attitude. You should have top-notch communication skills, able to engage with patrons and anticipate their needs with grace and efficiency. You thrive in a dynamic environment, embracing the fast-paced nature of bar and restaurant service with ease.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming Guests: You will be the first point of contact for our guests, greeting them with warmth and professionalism as they arrive. Your friendly demeanour and attention to detail will set the tone for their visit.

• Restaurant Table Service: Guiding guests to their tables, providing menu recommendations, and assisting with any special requests or accommodations

• Mixology: Behind the bar, you will be able to showcase or learn skills in mixing and serving a variety of drinks, from classic cocktails to house specialities.

• Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service is at the heart of everything we do. Whether it's engaging in friendly conversation, addressing guest concerns, or ensuring their needs are met promptly, your dedication to exceeding expectations should shine through.
