Reservations are for eating inside only. We do not take bookings in beer garden or outdoor areas. For tables larger than 8 people, please email info@thetaybank.co.uk to book. A non-refundable deposit of £10 pp is requested for bookings over 10.

Yes! Well-behaved dogs get VIP access to all areas of The Taybank so you can bring your dog to stay (£20 per booking) or for drinks and a meal, all we ask is that they remain on a lead and on the floor.
The restaurant and bar can be full on weekends and Wednesday evenings, so it’s easier if your pup doesn’t mind other dogs, busy spaces and live music.

Every Wednesday and Thursday evenings in the downstairs bar from around 7.30pm. Sometimes Sunday afternoons too. Visit our events page for this years programme.

Sorry but we don’t take reservations for outside at the moment but we’re lucky to have one of the country’s biggest beer gardens, so there is plenty of seating for walk-ins. We have large covered areas too.

We have a small car park (6 spaces) opposite the hotel which is reserved for guests staying in our rooms and apartments. We allocate one car per room.
If you are coming for lunch or dinner we recommend parking in the much larger Tay Terrace car park which is right next to ours. You can park all day for £4.80 and there is no charge after 6pm or on Sundays. Other pricing here. -
