We are seeking an experienced, hands-on, and dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to join the senior team at The Taybank. This is an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate to play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding hospitality in a unique and inspiring environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with our passionate team of chefs across two kitchens and various events.

• Work alongside our dedicated growers to incorporate fresh, high-quality produce from our 5-acre walled garden into our offerings.

• Lead, inspire, and manage the front-of-house team to ensure a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable guest experience.

• Oversee daily operations in the restaurant and bar to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.

• Develop and enhance food, beverage, and wine menus to reflect our passion for exceptional dining experiences.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Monitor budgets and manage costs to ensure profitability without compromising quality.
