We’re delighted to welcome our friend Smita, who runs a much-loved Indian supper club in Peckham, London, to the Taybank for a special evening of delicious Gujarati food and warm hospitality.
Smita will team up with The Taybank kitchen team to create 5-course menu that celebrates the rich culinary traditions of the Gujarat and Scotland’s seasonal bounty. Think warming spices of turmeric, fenugreek and cumin mixed with aromatics of fresh ginger and garlic, as well hits of mustard oil and chillies. The dinner will be served in our upstairs restaurant, with its views over the River Tay and the iconic Dunkeld Bridge—a perfect setting for an evening of wonderful food and company.
